Dave Hemphill

Dave Hemphill has extensive experience working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in various companies. Dave started their career at Sun Life Financial in 2003, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 2010. In 2007, they briefly held the position of Director of Organizational Development at Sun Life. From 2011 to present, they have been a Senior Human Resources Consultant at JaK Consulting, where they provide HR solutions and support in areas such as recruitment, performance management, HR operations, workforce restructuring, employee learning/training, compensation, and program and policy development. Additionally, they have worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Business Sherpa Group Inc. (2017-2021), Trading Central (2017), SKICAN (2017-present), and PCL Construction (2022-present). Prior to these roles, they served as the Director of Consulting Services at Performance Management Consultants (2014-2015) and as the Manager of HR Programs (Contract) at Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (2012-2013).
