Christen Harvey has extensive experience in product management and technical writing, particularly within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Product Management in Strategic Partnerships and Platform Services at Trading Technologies since January 2009, Christen manages a team overseeing critical applications related to user setup, risk administration, order routing, and market data. Prior roles include Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager, showcasing a consistent focus on customer engagement and delivery management. Previous experience at UTStarcom and 3com involved creating comprehensive technical documentation for unified messaging and SS7 systems. Early roles included publishing educational workshops and consumer documentation at Advanced Technical Support and Thermotron Industries. Christen holds a dual degree in English and Computer Science from Grand Valley State University.
