Melissa Waitz

Melissa focuses on optimizing the effectiveness of the organization and developing the capabilities of teams and people to serve customers into the future.

As EVP Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Melissa leads the development of process and operational excellence, project management, people development, internal technology systems and strategic acquisition integrations.

She has held various management positions at TT leading product and engineering project management teams, service delivery and support and has also served as Chief of Staff.

Prior to TT, she was a Consultant at Accenture in financial services and healthcare.

Melissa has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
