Matti Andersson

Matti Andersson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matti is currently working as the Head of Product Development at &Tradition since September 2021. Before that, they served as the Product Development Manager at Muuto from August 2016 to September 2021. Prior to Muuto, they worked at IKEA Group as a Product Developer from March 2014 to August 2016. Matti's earlier roles include working as a Product Development Engineer at IKEA Of Sweden for Livingroom and Workspaces (2011-2014), Children's IKEA (2009-2011), and Cooking, Eating, Decoration, and Outdoor (2007-2009). Matti also worked briefly as a Recruiter and Coordinator at Flyttekompagniet AS in 2007. Matti's experience in the industry includes roles as a Technical and Quality Responsible at Woodpoint (2005-2007), a self-employed furniture and interior maker (2004-2005), and a Logistics co-worker at DFDS (2003-2004).

Matti Andersson's education history includes several educational experiences. In 1998-1999, they attended Officershögskolan Luftvärnets Strids Skola in Norrtälje, where they pursued a degree in Reservofficer. Following this, from 1999 to 2000, they studied Träd design at Malmö University. Later, in 2001-2003, they enrolled in Yrkeshögskolan i Helsingborg and obtained a degree in KY-utbildning, focusing on Industrial design. Lastly, in 2012, they attended Kaospiloterna in Aarhus, Denmark, where they pursued studies in Creative Leadership.
