Stephanie Smans has a diverse work experience background. Stephanie recently worked as Sales Belux for Nine United, FRANDSEN, &Tradition, and Verpan, where they focused on developing business and brands within the furniture and lighting industry. Prior to that, they owned and operated their own business called de liefste - fabulous faux flowers, where they offered sustainable silk flower bouquets through their webshop. Stephanie also worked as a Workplace Consultant for Pami Workspace Designers, an Interior Designer for SPACES BY STEPH and SEGERS interieur, and an Account Manager Tools Benelux for Smans NV. Additionally, they have held various roles at Tech Data Mobile, including Account Manager Accessories, Account Manager Hardware, and Product Manager & Purchase.

Stephanie Smans has a diverse educational background. Stephanie attended Thomas More University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2016, where they studied KMO Management. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Interior Design from Syntra, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010. Stephanie also has a background in Pedagogical Competence, which they studied at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Post degree in Information Technology from the same institution in 2000-2001. Stephanie's education began at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Office Management + languages from 1998 to 2000.
