Information Technology Support Engineer at Traditions Health

Bob Kelley has had a diverse range of IT roles throughout their career. Bob started in 2012 as the Director of Information Technology, Chaplains, and Bereavement at Patriot Hospice, where they established IT guidelines, implemented electronic medical records, and provided compassionate counseling to individuals and families. In 2015, they moved to the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control as an Information Technology Specialist, where they provided excellent service and shared their knowledge generously. From 2016 to 2020, Bob worked as the Information Technology Manager at Palladium Hospice and Palliative Care, coordinating projects, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Most recently, in 2020, Bob joined Traditions Health as an Information Technology Support Engineer, specializing in networking, infrastructure, mobile solutions, and on-the-spot application support. Overall, Bob has a strong background in IT support and management, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.

Bob Kelley started their education journey in 1984 when they enrolled at Southern Wesleyan University. Bob pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 1986. After taking a break from academia, Bob returned to their studies in 1991 at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Here, they simultaneously pursued two degrees over a course of five years. From 1991 to 1996, they obtained their Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling, and a Master of Arts in Religious Education.
