Dr. Carla Pennington

Dr. Carla Pennington has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. Dr. Carla is currently working at Traditions Health as the Regional Director of Sales. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own company, Prestigious Communications, LLC, where they served as a professional speaker, leadership and management expert, trainer, and coach. In 2019, they also worked as a published author, specifically writing the book "The Adventures of Mr. Polo: Meet My Friend, Mr."

Their previous roles include Manager of Business Development at ProMedica, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing sales teams, as well as creating marketing strategies and tactics. Dr. Carla has also worked as an Independent Contractor at Florida Atlantic University, teaching courses on public relations strategies and tactics to senior-level students.

In March 2014, they completed the MPower Consultative Sales Training program at AccentCare, Inc.
