Jim Milby

Jim Milby is an advisor at Tradle and a former Co Head of Global Operations at Barclays. Jim has also worked at McKinsey & Company, IFC - International Finance Corporation, Lynn University, and Barclays.

Milby has extensive experience in leadership and management, particularly in the area of global operations. Jim has overseen the development and implementation of new target operating models across various businesses, with the goal of improving efficiency and controls. Jim has also established and developed Barclays' captive operations in India and Africa, as well as managed key third-party organizations.

In their current role at Tradle, Milby is advising on the development of a blockchain-based ecosystem for the financial services industry. Jim's experience in leadership and management, as well as their knowledge of the financial services industry, makes him well-suited for this role.
