Maytham Alfouadi

Maytham Alfouadi began their work experience as a Helpdesk Consultant at NTSolutions in 2008. Maytham then moved on to work as a Support Engineer at Ensyst Pty Ltd in Sydney from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on network implementation, troubleshooting, and Windows server administration. In 2012, they joined Cisco as a Customer Support Engineer and later transitioned to become a Team Lead in Data Center, managing a team from 2014 to 2016. Maytham then took on the role of an Escalation Engineer within the Computing Systems Product Group (CSPG) from 2016 to 2018. From 2019 to 2023, they held the position of Technical Leader, CSPG at Cisco, where they worked closely with various teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve product quality. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect at Traefik Labs since 2023.

Maytham Alfouadi has a strong education background in the field of engineering and technology. Maytham obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mutuah University in Jordan. This degree was earned from 1999 to 2004.

Following their undergraduate studies, Maytham pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Internetworking from the University of Technology Sydney. Maytham completed this degree from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Maytham Alfouadi has also obtained various certifications in the field of technology. These include the CKS: Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist certification from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) certification from HashiCorp. Other certifications include the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer, CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer, and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certifications from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). Maytham has also achieved the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (Data Center), Cisco Certified Network Associate - Security (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Cisco Express Foundation Field Specialist (CS-CFEFS) certifications from Cisco. Moreover, they hold the Data Protection Administration for Windows certification from Symantec and the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification from Microsoft. These certifications were obtained between 2009 and 2022, showcasing their commitment to staying updated and skilled in the technology industry.
