Garrett Hazen

Garrett Hazen is an accomplished industrial designer currently serving as an R&D Industrial Designer at Traeger, Inc. since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Skullcandy Inc. as both Industrial Designer II and Industrial Designer I from September 2020 to March 2025, and an Industrial Design Internship at Ooblec Design Studio. Garrett's contributions to the medical device sector were significant during an Industrial Design Co-op at Ethicon, Inc., focusing on usability design for surgical equipment. Additional experience includes internships with Blackstone Products and Boley International, freelance design work, and leadership as IDSA Chapter President at Brigham Young University. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Brigham Young University, completed in 2020.
