Philip Poel

Philip Poel is an accomplished executive in supply chain and operations management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the EVP Global Supply Chain at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC since July 2021, Philip previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ember Technologies, Inc. from August 2017 to November 2021. His career includes significant roles at Under Armour, Crocs, Inc., Polycem LLC, Wolverine World Wide, Herman Miller, and Benteler Automotive, where Philip made impactful contributions in operations excellence, sourcing, and global quality. Educational qualifications include a BA in Finance and a Minor in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
