Kevin Beele has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2000, they started their career as a Project Engineer at Alstom Power, focusing on Instrumentation and Control. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Product Manager for Sensors & Systems at Mettler-Toledo International and as a Member of the Pension Fund Foundation Board at Pension Fund Mettler-Toledo.

Moving forward, Kevin joined Credit Suisse AG in 2006 as a Product Manager for Mortgages. In 2008, they founded and acted as Editor of www.vorsorge-3a.ch in a part-time capacity. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern and obtained an Executive Master Business Engineer degree with a focus on Marketing Management.

In 2013, they participated in the Rheinmetall Executive Development Program (EDP).

In 2012, they completed the Rheinmetall Sales Training.

In 2010, they attended the Rheinmetall Management Training.

From 1996 to 2000, they studied at the South Westfalia University of Applied Sciences in Iserlohn and earned a Degreed Engineer degree in Physical Engineering with a specialization in Instrumentation and Control.

In addition to their formal education, Beele has also obtained additional certifications. In February 2020, they became a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute. In July 2019, they completed a course titled "Certified Digital Marketing Professional" at Digicomp Academy AG.
