Joy Burridge is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Trafalgar General Operations Manager and previously as Trafalgar Brand Delivery Manager at Trafalgar Travel since October 2009. Joy has a strong background in brand management and operational roles, having held positions such as Grand European Tours Brand Manager at Grand European Travel and Custom Groups Manager at The Travel Corporation. Joy's career began as a Check-in Agent at Sabena Aeroclub, progressing through various roles including Senior Operations Assistant at Contiki Holidays. Joy holds a Travel & Tourism Diploma from Hartwell Business Institute and a Matric Diploma from Edenglen High School.
