Mike Miller is the SVP, Procurement & Services at Trafera. Mike has over 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance, including directing a team of highly skilled consultants and procedure developers in the implementation of maintenance practices for industrial, power and retail companies. Mike has also developed training OJT, ILT and eLearning programs, and conducted operational performance analysis.
Prior to joining Trafera, Mike Miller worked for Technology Transfer Services as an Operations & Maintenance Consultant from September 2002 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for directing a team of consultants in the implementation of maintenance practices for industrial, power and retail companies. Mike also developed training OJT, ILT and eLearning programs, and conducted operational performance analysis.
Before their tenure at Technology Transfer Services, Mike Miller worked for GP Strategies (General Physics Corporation) from September 1989 to August 2002. During their time at GP Strategies, they served as an Instrumentation Instructor and Training Center Manager from 95-02, and as a Nuclear Plant Instrumentation contract instructor/maintenance supervisor from 90-95. Mike is also an INPO certified instructor, and has upgraded, developed and instructed training through two INPO audits. Additionally, they have conducted training during INPO audits for two separate Nuclear facilities.
Mike Miller began their career with the US Navy in April 1979 and served until August 1989.
Mike Miller graduated from the US Naval Nuclear Power School with a degree in Nuclear Engineering.
Their manager is Scott Gill, CEO. They are on a team with Julie Tobias - Controller & Vice President, Chad Dehmlow - Executive Business Manager & VP of Innovative Initiatives, and John Nielsen - Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
