Isagani Miranda Valerio, PMP, PECE, ACPE, AE, MMUP-GrdA, CMIOSH, CSP, serves as the QHSE Manager at Traffic Tech, overseeing a comprehensive QHSE management system for an organization with over 500 employees since June 2010.
