Gabriel Leer

Gabriel Leer is a seasoned operations and safety leader with extensive experience in various management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Traffic Management, Inc. since November 2022, Gabriel oversees day-to-day operations, safety leadership, and project management for three branches in Washington and Oregon. Previous positions include Head of Environmental Social Governance at Arise Ports & Logistics, where responsibility encompassed ESG compliance and safety operations in West Africa, and Operations/General Manager at Republic Services, focusing on safety and operational excellence in Washington state. With a strong background in project implementation and leadership development from roles at APM Terminals, Gabriel's diverse experience is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and military service as a Logistics Manager in the US Army.
