Anika Osmólska

Anika Osmólska currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at TRAFFIT, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating closely with management on organizational development, talent retention, and enhancing employee engagement. Anika has also developed recruitment strategies, analyzed data, and managed end-to-end recruitment processes. Prior experience includes roles as People and Culture Manager and Administration Specialist at Goyello from March 2016 to October 2018, along with experience as an Office Assistant. Anika holds a Master of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Gdansk.
