Victoria Talbot

Victoria Talbot is an experienced organisational development and learning officer currently working at Trafford Council since March 2019, after holding the position of HR Workforce Reform Officer. Prior to this, Victoria spent nearly eight years at The Guinness Partnership, where roles included Senior Training Advisor and Housing Manager, overseeing a team in housing management services. Earlier in Victoria's career, customer service management was demonstrated at The Library Theatre Company, and foundational experience was gained as Assistant Front of House Manager at The Lowry during its inception. Victoria's diverse skill set has consistently supported service improvements across various sectors.
