Alina Rubtsova

Alina Rubtsova has extensive experience in corporate law and company secretarial roles, currently serving as a Senior Company Secretarial Officer at Trafigura since June 2022. Prior to this position, Alina held the role of Senior Company Lawyer and Company Lawyer at Intertrust Group from March 2019 to June 2022, and served as a Senior Corporate Officer at SGG Group from March 2018 to February 2019. Alina's career also includes a position as Corporate Lawyer at VISTRA from August 2016 to February 2018, and an Account Manager at BVDM Tax & Legal Services/C-Corp Management Trust & Fiduciary Services from August 2015 to July 2016. Alina's foundational experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for UC Rusal between May 2008 and August 2014, focusing on compliance, related party transactions, contract reviews, and regulatory matters. Additionally, legal advisory work was completed at the Notary’s Office of Mrs. E. Kozlova from September 2006 to May 2008. Alina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed studies at Licent Academy as well as Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography.
