Jairaj Solanki has a background in finance and engineering, with experience in risk analysis and deals desk management. Currently, Jairaj works as the Head of Gasoline Risk at Trafigura, overseeing the daily profit & loss and risk assessments for complex portfolios. Prior to this role, Jairaj worked on the Fuel Desk managing P&L, hedging, and exposure for various business lines across multiple geographies. Jairaj also had a brief internship at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where Jairaj worked on a project related to benchmarking current accounts and assets. With a PGDM in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Jairaj brings a diverse skill set to their roles in the finance industry.
