Maxime Lepeytre

Maxime Lepeytre is a Distillates Trader at Trafigura, having joined the company in April 2021. Prior to this role, Maxime worked as a Market Analyst at LITASCO SA in 2020, focusing on refinery analysis. An academic project at Ostrum Asset Management involved forecasting risk premiums for government bonds using various models, culminating in an Excel tool for backtesting and forecasting. Additionally, Maxime founded Pépins, a real estate application for managing insurance claims, during an internship at a real estate firm. Experience also includes a position as Assistant Trader at ENERGIES EXPERTISES CONSEILS, performing market analyses and tracking price fluctuations. Maxime holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from École Polytechnique and another Master's degree from ESILV - Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Léonard de Vinci, complemented by studies at UCL and CPGE Joffre.
