Cristina Melo started their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant in the Department of Quality at Mundial Logistics, where they assisted in implementing the 5S program and maintained quality assurance programs. In 2013, they became a Trainee in the Department of Production Engineering at Baruel, where they planned and implemented the OEE program and monitored KPIs for productivity and efficiency. Cristina then transitioned to a role as a Manufacturing Analyst at Baruel, responsible for increasing productivity and implementing cost-saving programs.
In 2015, Cristina joined Kellogg Company as a Mercosur Co-manufacturing Analyst, where they managed suppliers in Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia, including planning, purchasing, quality control, logistics, and new product launches. Cristina also assisted in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives and conducted international trips to audit inventory levels and supplier compliance. In 2018, they took on a role as a Process Specialist at Kellogg Company, where they managed and trained the packaging team for the launch of a Pringles chips manufacturing plant in Brazil. Cristina created necessary documents and training programs for new hires and received training in Malaysia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
Most recently, in 2020, Cristina joined Trafilea as a Business Process Analyst.
Cristina Melo's education history is as follows:
- In 2015, Cristina attended ILSC Education Group and completed an intensive language course. The program focused on Business English, Public Speaking, and Communication.
- In 2016, they attended Enforex Barcelona and obtained a degree in Spanish as a foreign language.
- From 2010 to 2015, Cristina studied Production Engineering at Centro Universitário Eniac.
- In 2010, they also pursued a degree in Logistics at Centro Universitário Eniac.
- In 2020, Cristina completed a Project Management program at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
- From 2021 to 2022, they pursued an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
- In 2019, Cristina attended Escola EDTI and obtained certifications in both Green Belt and White Belt for Lean 6 Sigma.
In addition to their formal education, Cristina also completed several online certifications through LinkedIn. Some of these certifications include "Six Sigma Foundations," "Efficient Time Management," "Communication within Teams," and "Improving Your Listening Skills."
