Eduardo Brito

Eduardo Brito has extensive experience in various leadership roles within financial systems, investment banking, and advisory firms. Eduardo is currently the Head of Financial Systems and Controller at Trafilea Group. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions, where they focused on serving the lower middle-market of companies. Eduardo also has experience as the Managing Director and Head of FP&A at Sistema Fecomércio Ceará, where they were responsible for controllership, strategic planning, and department management. Eduardo has also worked as an Executive Business Consultant at E-Brito Consultoria, specializing in P&L optimization, strategic planning, and compliance. Additionally, Eduardo has held positions such as Administrative and Finance Director at Liquid Investments, and Corporate Financial Controller at AVANTI Wind Systems A/S. In these roles, they managed finances, accounting, HR, and strategic planning, as well as facilitated mergers and acquisitions and implemented investment funds. Throughout their career, Eduardo has consistently achieved results such as cost reductions, process automation, and revenue growth.

Eduardo Brito obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finances, Controllership, and Audit from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Management at Universidade Estadual do Ceará from 2007 to 2012. In 2020, they attended IXL Center - Center for Innovation, Excellence, and Leadership for a short-term program in Business Innovation. Additionally, in 2015, Eduardo acquired a certification in Investment Funds from Associação Brasileira de Bancos ABBC.
