Hanni Irawan

Hanni Irawan is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate Secretary and Head of Legal at TRAFINDO - PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa since October 2016, managing a legal team across multiple companies within the Trafoindo Group. In addition, Hanni holds the position of Of Counsel at TRIFIDA AT LAW and serves as Head of Legal Compliance at PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia, a joint venture with Siemens Energy. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President Legal at Primex Group, Senior Legal Manager, and Legal Manager in the coal mining sector at PT Yastra Energy. Hanni's legal career began at Watala Group, where roles included Legal Manager and Assistant Manager Legal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia, a Master of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Terbuka.
