Arun Viswanathan

Arun Viswanathan has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. Arun started their career in 2008 as a Technical Trainee at Tech Mahindra. In 2009, they worked as a Tech Service Engineer at Reichhold and a R&D Engineer at Fine Finish Organics Pvt Ltd. In 2015, they joined Nature's Essence Pvt Ltd as an HR & Admin and was responsible for maintaining MIS reports and assisting the sales team. In 2016, they worked as a Senior HR Recruiter at Dreamz Consultants. In 2018, they worked as a Manager - Human Resources at both PENUVEL AGENCIES PRIVATE LIMITED and TRINITY TRADERS. Arun then worked as an HR & Admin Manager at Menerva Software from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the HR Head at TRaiCE.

Arun Viswanathan's education history is as follows: From 1990 to 2002, they attended St. Xavier's High School and obtained a High School degree. From 2002 to 2004, they attended National Education Society. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Datta Meghe College of Engineering, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services.
