Stephen Padgett

Stephen Padgett has extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Team Leader-Volunteer at Trail Life USA since January 2014, Stephen leads a team of 30 volunteers across eleven states, focusing on guiding local leaders of a Christian boys outdoor adventure association. Concurrently, since February 2019, Stephen works as an Event Marketing Specialist at DAP, where responsibilities include product knowledge training and utilizing video for live broadcasting. Previous roles at DAP Products Inc. encompassed roles such as Construction Specialist and Channel Manager, focusing on training, technical support, and product development. Earlier in the career at Sika Corp., Stephen managed a national technical support hotline and served as Customer Service Representative, emphasizing relationship management and customer satisfaction. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business-Marketing/Sales from Ferris State University.
