Mia Postlethwaite is an experienced professional in the travel industry, currently serving as the Client Documentation Lead at Trailfinders since July 2014, where a focus on enhancing client communication and training module development is evident. In addition to leading client documentation efforts, Mia also functions as a Sales Coach for Premium Travel, Cruise, Corporate and Groups, leveraging a strong background as a Senior Travel Agent to drive sales team performance. Prior experience includes working as a Travel Agent at Budget Oz Travel and participating in the Sales Management Graduate Scheme at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where leadership and sales strategies were cultivated. Mia holds a degree in Computing and Management from Loughborough University and an educational background from Princethorpe College.
