Elizabeth Parker has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. In 2010, they were a Communications Intern at Hope Community Church. In 2011, they were a Design Intern at Westmoreland Printers. From 2012 to 2015, Elizabeth worked at Goels Plaza Banquet & Conference Center as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant, at The Matthews House as an Event Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Coordinator, at Spa at Stone Creek as an Assistant Director, and at Elixir Coffee, Etc as a Manager. Since 2016, Elizabeth has been employed at Training Industry, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Marketing, Marketing & Event Manager, and Marketing & Event Specialist. In these roles, Elizabeth has been responsible for overseeing the growth of the annual Training Industry Conference & Expo, planning and executing in-person and virtual conferences, and developing the company's B2B marketing strategy.

Elizabeth Parker attended Alleghany High School from 2004 to 2008 and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Gardner-Webb University in 2012.
