Victoria Rhodes

Victoria Rhodes has been working in the Learning Development field for the past 20 years. From 2000-2010, they worked as an Independent Consultant, Instructional Designer and Facilitator. In 2010, they began working as a Consultant for Instructional Design, Leadership Consulting, and Facilitation. From 2012-2016, they worked as an IC Instructional Designer and Project Lead for Global Novations, and then as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant for Training Systems Design from 2016-2018. In 2018, they began Freelancing as a Project Manager, Instructional Designer, and eLearning Developer. In 2019, they worked as a Communities in Schools Site Facilitator for Pendleton County Schools, as well as Owner and Proprietor for Country Rhodes Guest Suites. Finally, in 2021 they began working as a District Itinerant Counselor for Pendleton County Schools, WV.

Victoria Rhodes has a Master's degree in Counseling from Marshall University, which they obtained in 2022. Victoria also holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in the field of Communication and Media Studies.
