Alex Yoo is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in teaching, product development, and financial management. Currently serving as an Instructor at Training The Street since January 2021, Alex specializes in company valuations, LBO modeling, and M&A modeling. Previously, Alex held key roles such as Product Head and VP of Finance at Small2Big, and co-founded Dos Owls, contributing to hardware electronics. Early career experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Founder at Alexander West, and working as a Senior Finance Instructor at the Investment Banking Institute. Alex has extensive experience in leveraged buyouts and M&A advisory, having worked at Tri-Artisan Partners LLC, Nomura Securities International, and Houlihan Lokey, where notable advisory roles included assisting in major corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
