Josephine Lie

Josephine Lie currently serves as the Head of Design for Trainline's Customer Lifetime Value team since August 2024. Previously, Josephine was a Staff Product Designer at Bumble Inc., leading design for the Trust & Safety organization from July 2023 to July 2024. Josephine's extensive experience at Meta includes roles as a Product Design Manager and Product Designer, where responsibilities encompassed directing design for a large team and delivering solutions for Facebook's business tools and mobile applications. Earlier professional history includes a User Experience Designer role at the BBC, as well as various freelance and intern positions, demonstrating a strong foundation in design across multiple platforms. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
