Sarah Childs

Sarah Childs is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Trainline since June 2021, contributing to the company's mission of simplifying travel and promoting environmentally sustainable choices. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at RedCat Digital, including Tech Recruitment Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Lead, as well as Head of Ecommerce, CX & Web Analytics, focusing on inclusive recruitment methodologies. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Consultant in Energy & Utilities at EarthStream, an Engineering Recruitment Consultant at ATA Selection, and a Radio Presenter/Producer at Utopia FM & Radio Hartlepool. Sarah holds an MSc in Organisational & Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a BA (Hons) in Media Production from the University of Sunderland.
