Mandy Zijlstra

Mandy Zijlstra is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and fitness. Currently serving as an Aan- / verhuurmakelaar at JLG Real Estate since November 2022, Mandy also holds positions as a high-intensity trainer and bootcamp instructor at TrainMore since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an account manager at Hidden Profits Marketing from March 2020 to November 2022 and founder of Believing Fit until October 2022. Mandy's background in coaching is further highlighted through work as a personal body coach at Personal Body Plan and as a handball coach at various youth levels for Handbalvereniging KSV since 2011. Academically, Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Management and Business from Hogeschool van Amsterdam and a certification as a personal trainer from NHA.
