Cindy B.'s work experience includes a variety of roles in different industries. Cindy started their career in 2014 as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Peer Student Leader at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where they were responsible for assisting instructors and guiding students in a "first year experience" course. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Bank Teller at Chemical Bank. In 2017, they joined World Renew as an Administrative Professional. Cindy then moved to Samaritas in 2018 as a Volunteer Coordinator. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Office Administrator and Family Manager. Cindy joined Trainual in 2020 as a Product Expert and later advanced to the role of Product Expert II, where they handled frontline communications and assisted with managing help center content. In 2021, they became a Senior Product Support Expert, where they split their responsibilities between customer communications, project management, and providing internal team support and coaching. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Support at Trainual, where they lead and supports a team of product experts, sets goals and metrics, and ensures smooth processes are in place.

Cindy B. attended Lumen Christi High School from 2009 to 2012 and obtained their high school diploma. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a focus on Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Cindy then went on to attend Western Michigan University from 2015 to 2017, where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, with a secondary focus on Global & International Studies.
