Woody van Horn is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business operations, culinary arts, and hospitality. In 2017, Woody founded WvH Hospitality LLC, a consulting company focused on refining business operations for the modern era. Woody also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at OMvino LLC, a marketing and PR agency for food, beverage, and lifestyle clients.

Woody's visionary approach and extensive experience led him to co-found Crystals & Smudge Sticks in 2020, where they serve as the Chief of Organizational Alchemy, Managing Partner, and Co-Founder. Woody'sexpertise is utilized to assist plant medicine churches and companies in the new age alchemy space.

In 2021, Woody co-founded Consciously Planted, a startup advisory team that supports entrepreneurs in the plant-based sustainable space. Woody serves as the Managing Partner at Consciously Planted, and their mission is to bring about change through entrepreneurship.

Woody also co-founded Delegated Services in 2021, a full-service company specializing in developing standard operating procedures, facility servicing, project management, and team training for brick and mortar businesses.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Woody has also held strategic implementation consultant roles at companies like monday.com, Trainual, and Gusto. Woody also served as a Trailblazer at Eaze and was an Advisory Board Member at SommCon.

Woody van Horn's education history includes attending the Culinary Institute of America, where they pursued Culinary Arts Management. Woody also enrolled in the Wine & Beverage Graduate Certificate Program at the same institute, specializing in Wine & Beverage at the Greystone Campus.

Furthermore, Woody van Horn is a candidate for a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from the Cornell University Graduate School. Within this program, their field of study focuses on Finance and Revenue Management in the School of Hotel Administration.

In 2005, Woody van Horn began their studies at the Court of Master Sommeliers, pursuing a sommelier certification. Additionally, they pursued further knowledge in the field of wine and spirits through the Society of Wine Educators.

To expand their expertise, Woody van Horn studied as an interpener at the Trichome Institute and explored business opportunities in the wine industry at San Diego State University.
