Steve Hartman has held a number of roles in the marketing and coaching fields since 2006. In 2015, they became a Digital Account Executive and Digital Lead, Local at Star Tribune. In 2019, they began as a National Account Executive at GatherUp by Traject. Finally, in 2020, they became a Product Marketing Manager - Reviews at Traject, where they are responsible for driving revenue growth and clearer communication with current and potential customers.

Steve Hartman has a diverse educational background. Steve obtained a diploma from Chokio-Alberta High School in 2001, and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006. In 2022, they obtained a Product Marketing Certified - Core certification from Product Marketing Alliance. Additionally, they hold certifications from HubSpot Academy, Google, SEMrush, and the Internet Advertising Bureau, including Content Marketing, Advanced Google Analytics Certification, Google Analytics for Beginners Certification, SEO Fundamentals Certificate, Google AdWords Certification - Search Advertising, and IAB Digital Media Sales Certification.
