Daniel Kuepper

Daniel Kuepper has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and sectors. Daniel most recently worked at Trajector as the Director of Learning and Development. Prior to that, they served as the Adoption and Integration Lead at T-Rex Solutions, supporting the Department of Defense's transition to the Military Health System Genesis. At Notarize, they held roles as the Learning Systems Manager and Senior Learning System Developer, where they designed and launched a learning and certification program and configured the company's learning management system.

Earlier in their career, Daniel worked at FIS as the Global Learning Systems Lead, overseeing the design and implementation of a SABA-based learning management system. Daniel also served as the Global FIS University Learning Program Manager and Client Services Graduate Training Program Manager, developing and delivering training programs for employees and clients.

Daniel's background also includes roles at Lakeview Health FL as a Training and Development Specialist and at Parallon as an Education Trainer. Additionally, they worked at Aflac as an Agent, responsible for sales training and enablement processes. Prior to their civilian career, Daniel spent over two decades in the US Navy, where they held positions such as Senior Chief Petty Officer on the USS Roosevelt DDG-80 and at Afloat Training Group, Mayport, where they focused on undersea warfare certification and training.

Daniel Kuepper attended Bristol Community College from 1997 to 1999, studying Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Maple Heights High School from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "20 Questions to Improve Learning at Your Organization" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Udemy Administrator" from Udemy in 2022, "Absorb Administrator" from Absorb Software in 2021, and "Non Violent Crisis Intervention" from Crisis Prevention Institute in 2015. Daniel also holds certifications as a LinkedIn Learning Administrator from LinkedIn and a SABA Learning System Administrator from Saba Software.
