Head Of Customer Support at Trakto

Gabriel Aguiar has worked in the customer service sector since 2015. Gabriel began their career as Gerente Geral at Fábrica Café, where they managed the team, controlled the cash flow, stock, purchases and customer service. Gabriel also worked behind the counter making coffee on the La Marzoco Espresso machine and preparing drinks and food. In 2017, they moved to Ruca Confeitaria as Coordenador de Atendimento ao Cliente, where they coordinated the team, controlled the cash flow, stock and quality of customer service, as well as creating the coffee menu. Gabriel also made coffees on the La Spaziale machine. Later that year, they joined KASKÃO as Supervisor de Atendimento ao Cliente. In 2021, Gabriel Aguiar became Head of Customer Support at Trakto.

Gabriel Aguiar has a two-part education history. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Faculdade Maurício de Nassau and earned a Graduado degree in Gastronomia. From 2020 to 2022, they are attending Universidade Estácio de Sá and is working towards a Graduação Tecnológica in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas.
