Varun Deo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Trampoline since February 2024, Varun previously held the position of Associate Director at Wayfair, where responsibilities included leading the Home Decor category. Prior to that, Varun worked at Amazon in several senior management roles focused on physical retail, office and print products, and European sourcing. Varun’s experience also includes a tenure as General Manager at Practo, overseeing the establishment of an e-commerce medicine delivery business, and significant roles at Valcon Management Consultants and Bharat Serums & Vaccines Ltd., where strategic leadership and market development were key focuses. Varun holds a Master's degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and additional degrees in Organic Synthesis and Chemistry.
