April Miller Boise

April Miller Boise is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Intel Corporation since June 2022, Boise also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Trane Technologies, where the role includes chairing the Governance & Sustainability Committee. Previous roles include EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Eaton, as well as significant leadership positions at organizations such as Meritor and Veyance Technologies, Inc.
