Jeffrey Cosgrove

Jeffrey Cosgrove, PE has a strong background in energy engineering, working in roles such as Energy Engineer at Honeywell and CDH Energy. Currently, at Trane Technologies, Jeffrey serves as Executive Project Developer, managing technical discussions with clients to ensure projects meet their requirements. Prior to this, at NORESCO, Jeffrey held the role of Senior Project Engineer, specializing in energy resilient and efficient projects for Federal sites. Jeffrey's expertise includes competitive RFP and IGA phases, working on projects that range from hospitals to military bases. With a BSME from the University of Rochester, Jeffrey brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to their current role.
