Mary Anne Faro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology and employee solutions. Currently serving as the Executive IT Director of Employee Experience at Trane Technologies since April 2021, Mary Anne previously held multiple leadership roles at GE from March 2008 to April 2021, including Executive VP of Enterprise Employee Solutions and Workday Transformation Leader. Mary Anne's earlier career included positions such as IT Director at GE Global Research and managerial roles at GE Energy. Mary Anne earned a BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude, from The College of Saint Rose.
