Pr Eng Elkington Sibusiso Mnguni

Elkington Sibusiso Mnguni, Pr Eng, serves as the Programme Manager for Water & Sanitation Infrastructure at the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) since April 2008, previously holding the position of Project Engineer. Prior to this role, Elkington Mnguni worked as a Civil Engineer and Technician at eThekwini Municipality from March 1997 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include an M.Com in Leadership and Management and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, as well as a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Durban University of Technology, and Matric from Vryheid Comprehensive Secondary School.
