Sebenzile Mtshiyo

Sebenzile Mtshiyo is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR & OD Intern at TCTA (Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority) since March 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and pre-screening resumes. Sebenzile has also been an Intern in Human Resources Management at the Department of Public Works & Infrastructure since March 2021, assisting in recruitment and leave management. Previous experience includes a role at the Department of Trade and Industry (Republic of South Africa) focused on talent and performance management from April 2017 to March 2018, and general assistance at Bungu J. S. S. from February 2013 to January 2014. Sebenzile holds a BTech in Human Resources Management and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Walter Sisulu University.
