Andrzej Gajewski

Andrzej Gajewski has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Andrzej is currently working as the Head of Project Management at Trans.eu Platform. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and Project Management Trainer at ProPM Project Management. Andrzej also worked as an Assessor for the International Project Management Association, assessing Polish Project Excellence Awards. Gajewski has also held various roles at Grupa EFL, including Business Owner and Program Manager, where they were responsible for implementing organizational changes and managing IT projects. Andrzej has also worked as a Program Manager and Product Development Manager at Krajowy Rejestr Długów Biuro Informacji Gospodarczej SA. Earlier in their career, Gajewski served as a Project Portfolio Manager and IT Project Manager at Grupa EFL, Sales and Marketing Manager at Integer S.A., and in various IT project management roles at Heapmail Sp. z o.o., Kasat Sp. z o.o., and Poltronic.pl Sp. z o.o. Overall, Gajewski has a strong background in project management, marketing, and sales, with expertise in various industries.

Andrzej Gajewski obtained their Bachelor's degree in Thermal Power Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 1999. Andrzej then pursued a Master's degree in Business Management from the same university, graduating in 2002. In 2004, they attended Wroclaw School of Banking to study Project Management. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Andrzej earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Franklin University & School of Banking in Wroclaw. Andrzej has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including certifications in project management from IPMA, Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, and CAPM from the Project Management Institute.
