Ilona Perapialenka

Ilona Perapialenka is an experienced professional in the customer experience and operations management sectors, currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Leader at Trans.eu Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ilona held prominent positions at CargoON as the Shippers Operations Team Leader and at Trans.eu Group in various capacities, including Customer Success Manager, Belarus Branch Leader, and Sales Manager.
