Novia Ridha Aulia

Novia Ridha Aulia has a robust background in creative production and event management, currently serving as a Creative at TRANS TV since August 2022, where responsibilities include developing over 20 creative concepts and managing daily program shooting schedules for shows such as Tanah Air Beta and Ketawa itu Berkah. Previously, Novia worked as a Wedding Planner at Marry Me Weddings, coordinating all aspects of wedding planning for clients. An earlier role as a Research and Development Intern at iNewsTV involved evaluating news programs and summarizing competitive content. Novia also gained experience as a Public Relations and Liaison Officer at the Healthy Mentality Seminar while studying at IPB University, where a Diploma in Communication was earned.
