Novita Ambarwati Sagala

Novita Ambarwati Sagala possesses a strong background in IT infrastructure and support, currently working at TRANS TV as an IT Infrastructure and Monitoring specialist since September 2023. Previously, Novita served as IT Support at Mallesso Investama Abadi from May 2022 to September 2023, focusing on the installation, evaluation, and enhancement of computers, software, and network systems. An internship at Huawei from September 2021 to June 2022 provided experience in artificial intelligence through a certified independent study program. Novita holds a Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Telkom University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Universitas Indonesia Membangun.
