Philipp Rüsch

Philipp Rüsch has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an HR Recruiter & Administrator at TWR. Philipp later became the Human Resources Director at TWR, starting in January 2014. In 2010, they also worked as an International Staff member at ERF Medien e.V. More recently, in 2020, Philipp Rüsch joined xpand international BV as a Trainer & Consultant, specializing in resilience training, team mastery, DISC personality profiling, and stress profiling.

Philipp Rüsch attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Global Leadership in Intercultural Contexts. Prior to that, they studied at Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Small Business Administration/Management.

In addition to their formal education, Philipp Rüsch has obtained several certifications. This includes being a certified "The 6 Types of Working Genius Facilitator" from The Table Group (obtained in August 2022), completing a course on "Family Resilience" from xpand international BV (obtained in July 2022), acquiring a "DISC Personality Factor Profile" certification from persolog (obtained in March 2022), receiving training in "Team Mastery" from xpand international BV (obtained in February 2021), being certified as a "Stress Profile" expert by persolog GmbH (obtained in August 2020), and completing the "Resilience Trainer" program offered by xpand international BV (obtained in April 2020).
