Steve DeMartino

Steve DeMartino has a strong background in finance and accounting. Steve began their career at Price Waterhouse as a Senior Accountant in 1991. Steve then moved on to become the Controller at Copart Inc. from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, they joined TransAct Technologies Incorporated as a Vice President and Corporate Controller. Steve quickly rose through the ranks and became the SVP of Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources in 2001. In 2004, Steve DeMartino became the Executive Vice President and CFO of TransAct Technologies, a role they held until 2010. Steve then took on the position of President and CFO of the same company. Overall, Steve DeMartino has demonstrated strong leadership and financial expertise throughout their career.

Steve DeMartino began their education at Xavier High School, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. After completing high school, they attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1993 to 1998. During their MBA program, they specialized in Finance and Information Technology.
